You will have an unforgettable vacation in the Carpathians. You will try the best food and drinks of Hutsul cuisine – banosh, Hutsul borshch, dumplings, blood sausage, kovbasa, mushroom soup and many others. All dishes are prepared over an open fire or in the stove, as it was hundreds of years ago. To make our weekends not only tasty but also active, we combined a gastronomic tour with Mountain Biking.  We invite you to spend 4 days in the Carpathians, to taste our Ukrainian cuisine, traditional drinks and try mountain biking. For our dishes we use only eco-products, that have been grown on Ukrainian farms. Day 1 Meetpoint in Lviv or Ivano-Frankivsk at 9:00.  (We will meet you at the railway station or at the airport ) An excursion of the Ivano-Frankivsk city and breakfast. Departure from Ivano-Frankivsk A trip to the village Delatyn. Tasting Ukrainian traditional dishes Overnight Day 2  Breakfast A trip to Yaremche - a well-known tourist center Bike Tour Route 305 "Divochi Sliozy" ("Girl Tears") Yaremche - aviary - waterfall “Divochi Sliozy” The length of the route is 6.7 km. The highest plot is 642 meters. Height - 231 meters. Travel time is 1.5 hours. Time on foot - 2.5 hours. The route starts from the railway crossing (market), located in the center of Yaremche. Having overcome 1300 meters of concrete, paved, and then a dirt road, we go to the aviaries. Here you can leave the bikes on a special stand and observe the animals - noble and spotted deer, Carpathian boars. Then we follow the sign “Divochi Sliozy”. Then you have to force the only one on the route a long ascent, waiting for about a kilometer of perfectly equal road to the forest. After a few turns, we fall into the waterfall “Divochi Sliozy”. It is very problematic to approach it - it is better to get out of the bike and to walk the last 200 m. We return to Yaremche in the same way. Varenyky (vareniki/dumplings) are known all over the world and Ukraine is the motherland for this wonderful dish. The national love immortalized varenyky in poems, songs, movies, and even monuments! The name varenyky is nationwide, while the name “pyrohy” derives from Western Ukraine and has Galician roots. It is believed that this dish existed as far back as paganism and differs with modern views. In Ukraine varenyky are not just a national dish, but also a special talisman.
